My great-grandfather, Leonard Litwin, co-founded Glenwood Management in 1961 alongside his father Harry. Starting with wood-frame housing on Long Island, they expanded into Manhattan — building 25 or more luxury high-rises and over 8,000 apartments that redefined the city's rental market.

Leonard earned the key to New York City from Mayor John Lindsay. Glenwood was the first developer to build downtown after September 11, 2001. At his peak, Leonard's net worth exceeded one billion dollars.

That legacy of disciplined, long-horizon real estate thinking is the foundation Styx Capital Advisors is built from.
